Fun Times with Dick and Tim

A friend of mine is attempting to read all Superman comics from COIE to the reboot. In a show of solidarity (or shared instanity, likely that one) I'm reading Robin and Nightwing. Wish me luck.

Dick.

It’s the major appliance that really tips it over the top, I know. (Also, I’m super hoping the “babies” turn out to be prized poodles or something.)

That is not hair. That is a mane.

That’s a scary thought.

That is quite the face you’re making, honey.

So between one thing and the next, my plans for reading all the comics ever have been derailed for nearly a month. Now I’m back, though, yay!

…but I’m changing my plans a little. I find myself needing to read a bunch of early Nightwing for research purposes, so I’m skipping around and reading that before catching up to that point in Robin. I’m definitely still planning on reading all of it, but we’re going to be featuring the lovely Mr. Grayson for a little while instead of Mr. Drake. I figure it won’t be too much of a hardship. :)

So, here we go! Nightwing #1.

The results are in, and TT:Y1 won by one vote! I already have a copy, so I’ll be able to get to it soon. I’ll hopefully be able to begin tomorrow! Thanks, everyone, for your input :)

Hello, wonderful people! Thanks for following me :) I promised I’d read something suggested by a reader at 50 followers, and asked for suggestions. The two that I got are The Gauntlet (a story featuring Dick) and Teen Titans: Year One (featuring the original Titans). I’m willing to read either one, but since this is a followers thing, I’m putting it to a vote! (You can vote even if you’re not following me!)

So, which should I read: The Gauntlet or Teen Titans: Year One?

One more day to vote in this!

Oh, thats a good sign, for sure. Always good when your boss, Batman, takes a mental health holiday and comes back dressing all in black.
